Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure as a subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security configuration updates.
• Monitor resource utilization, performance trends, and capacity planning.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for technical network issues.
• Implement security tools and policies with the security team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS.
• Solid understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Experience troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Proficiency with monitoring, network diagnostic, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing network service packs, patches, and hot fixes.
• Ability to liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
