Description

You will design, enhance, and maintain core networking stack OS components for ground vehicle combat platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement networking APIs and protocols within the embedded operating system.
• Optimize networking layers to balance throughput, latency, CPU usage, and memory efficiency.
• Develop system-level software that manages interactions between applications and network device drivers.
• Implement security and energy efficiency measures within the networking infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial networking software or hardware product development.
• Strong proficiency in C programming.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking stack internals.
• Experience with system-level software design and implementation.
• Ability to manage trade-offs between performance, security, and resource consumption.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
