Description

You validate new network design solutions against customer requirements, ensuring successful implementation for Webscale or Enterprise customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan and execute validation engagements.
• Drive requirements discussions, analyze test needs, and build test lab configurations.
• Author and execute test plans, documenting results and identifying technical gaps.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects from Delivery and Sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Support customers in accelerating new platform and solution implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with Cisco Campus networks.
• Routing and Switching experience; R&S and/or DC CCNA required.
• Strong knowledge of NX-OS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and IOS configuration.
• Deep understanding of Cisco DC and Enterprise platforms, including Catalyst Platforms.
• Experience with VXLAN, LISP, BGP, OSPF Routing, and Data Center Switching.
• Programming experience using Python or ROBOT.
• Knowledge of Ixia/Spirent test tools and general Test and Validation experience.

Preferred Skills

• SD-WAN skills.
• Wireless WLC or gRPC experience.
