Description

Provide on-site operational support to maintain and monitor the network landscape in Long Island City, Queens, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including upgrading, hardening, and configuring nodes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all scoped assets.
• Contribute to design and planning for new sites and existing site expansions.
• Collaborate with external parties to remotely configure and troubleshoot connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations.
• Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, and MR) wired and wireless experience.
• Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller experience.
• Microsoft Azure (AAD, Universal Print, etc.) experience.
• Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA) experience.
• Palo Alto and PFSense firewall configuration and management.
• Avaya PBX management.
• Site-to-site VPN and zero-trust environment experience.
• Microsoft Teams voice and video conferencing deployment experience.
• CCNP R&S certification or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of ITIL Service Management concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex technical publications and manuals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-site operational support in a corporate environment.
