Description

You will manage and support network security technologies and infrastructure within a global enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support network security solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Resolve complex incidents and technical problems related to services, applications, and hardware.
• Implement infrastructure changes following strict change control processes to minimize downtime.
• Manage the technical lifecycle of network security services, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Document security processes, generate reports, and track metrics using ITSM systems.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in network security and infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with Client Routers, Switches, and Cisco ACI.
• Proficiency with Juniper technologies, including JunOS, Mist, and SD-WAN.
• Strong understanding of dynamic routing protocols, policy/route-map configuration, and QoS.
• Experience with Cloud networking concepts and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems for incident and change tracking.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi, switching, and software-defined networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP or CCIE certification.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) certification.
