You will manage network infrastructure and support internal users with technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve network documentation.
• Participate in network infrastructure projects as required.
• Provide technical assistance to internal users regarding network-related issues.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in network engineering.
• CCNA certification.
• Experience with Cisco hardware.
• Experience with Aruba networking.
• Experience with Juniper networking.
