Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across Mumbai, focusing on Cisco ACI, Juniper, and SD-WAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support network security technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex network incidents and security issues swiftly.
• Implement infrastructure changes and upgrades with minimal downtime, adhering to strict change control processes.
• Manage vendor relationships for troubleshooting and oversee the technical lifecycle of network security services.
• Document processes, generate reports, and track metrics using ITSM systems like ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network security within a global enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Cisco Routers, Switching, and Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
• Proficiency in Juniper Wi-Fi, Switching, and SD-WAN (JunOS/MIST).
• Strong knowledge of SDN concepts, dynamic routing protocols, policy/route-map configuration, and QoS.
• Experience with network automation tools including Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
• Skilled in cloud networking concepts and configurations, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to track incidents and changes using ITSM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification.
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) certification.
