Description

You will own the corporate network, telephony infrastructure, and security operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate network and telephony infrastructure in complex environments.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery and troubleshoot its deployment.
• Lead incident response, remediation, and root cause analyses for network and telecommunications outages.
• Maintain reporting for Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators regarding usage, capacity, and maintenance.
• Manage vulnerability scans, patch management, and assist with security audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of leadership experience in data, systems, network, telecommunications, or cybersecurity.
• Senior-level experience implementing and supporting Cisco LAN switching products.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP subnetting, and TCP/UDP transmission.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for LAN and WAN technologies, including packet-level data analysis.
• CCNA-level proficiency in routing protocols and IP transit diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, or Juniper).
• Experience with Internet, Phone, MPLS, LAN-C, SD-WAN, or other WAN connectivity providers.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
