Description

You will provide operational support and monitoring for the client's network landscape in a mid-level capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all network infrastructure to ensure stability.
• Upgrade, harden, and configure network infrastructure nodes and systems.
• Contribute to design and planning for new site deployments and existing site expansions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all network components within scope.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues by collaborating with external parties.

Required Skills

• Cisco Meraki experience (MX, MS, and MR wired/wireless).
• Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller.
• Microsoft Azure (AAD, Universal Print).
• Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA) and Zero-trust environments.
• Palo Alto and PFSense firewall configuration and management.
• Site-to-site VPN and video conferencing deployments.
• Avaya PBX management and Microsoft Teams (voice and video).
• CCNP R&S certification or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Service Management concepts.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in network engineering roles.
