Manage telecommunications macro-new site builds and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with landlords and agents to preserve company rights and meet contractual and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with RF, implementation, construction, network operations, fiber, and legal teams.
• Interpret company policies and communicate requirements effectively to third-party vendors.
• Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines under tight timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications site builds.
• Experience working with RF data.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency with relational and web-based database applications.
• Strong negotiation skills for landlord and agent interactions.
• Any graduate degree.
