Description

You will manage and maintain the LAN/WAN and WiFi networking environment in a 24/7 shift model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and administer routers, switches, load balancers, and WLAN devices.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and change requests.
• Optimize network performance through technical analysis and utilization monitoring.
• Maintain access control lists (ACLs) and apply security measures to infrastructure devices.
• Create and update AS-IS documentation for all network infrastructure components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with VLANs, WLAN, VPC, VDC, and STP.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing routing protocols.
• Ability to manage infrastructure devices including routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Experience performing hardware and software upgrades, patches, and security applications.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and meeting SLA requirements.
• Experience auditing and logging traffic flow to ensure service availability.
