Description

You will provide operational and project-based support for enterprise network and security environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN, WAN, data centre, wireless, and security infrastructure.
• Act as the escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Ensure high availability of all network services.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues across enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network support.
• Expertise with Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Experience with Nexus and ACI.
• Familiarity with security appliances including Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Proficiency in managing VPNs, WAN, LAN, and Wireless networks.
• Experience using network monitoring tools like Solarwinds.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Ansible or REST API automation basics.
• CCNP or CCNA certification.
