Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for VoIP infrastructure and related connectivity services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve VoIP issues including call quality, connectivity, and configuration errors.
• Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP systems.
• Monitor VoIP infrastructure to maintain performance and uptime.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to avoid service interruptions.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues within the ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network or VoIP support.
• CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration certification.
• Hands-on experience with SIP, RTP, and H.323 protocols.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN architectures.
• Proficiency with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Direct experience troubleshooting VoIP and networking issues.
• Degree in any graduate field.
