Description

You will provide technical support and project execution for the Independence Mental Health Institute school environment.

Responsibilities

• Migrate student network servers from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2022.
• Administer the Kaseya IT Management system and deploy the Lightspeed Solutions Suite.
• Deploy and administer the Cisco Meraki student wireless network.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for school staff and students.
• Standardize processes and automate tasks across IT systems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop.
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco Networking.
• 1+ years of experience with Cisco Meraki Wireless.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
