Description

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, telephony systems, and connectivity protocols for the campus environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer campus switches, routers, firewalls, and supporting applications day-to-day.
• Deploy and maintain telephony systems including SIP, PRI, and VoIP, covering call center routing and hunt groups.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support for wireless, wired, and telephony connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless access points, controllers, and management systems.
• Document completed projects and research improvements for networking and telecommunications standards.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience working with IP networks and supporting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Palo Alto Global Protect VPN.
• Experience with Cisco VPN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Campus Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
• Technical knowledge of SIP, PRI, and VoIP protocols.
• Experience managing DNS, DHCP, and VLAN schemas.
• Knowledge of NPS and Radius for proxy authentication.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues with minimal documentation or intervention.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
