You will provide hands-on enterprise network support and maintain network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.
- Configure and maintain routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Administer network devices from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
- Read, update, and maintain network topology diagrams and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve connectivity and security issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network support.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Hands-on experience with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols.
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto hardware.
- Experience managing firewall rules, NAT, and ACLs.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to manage and document network topologies.
