Description

You will provide hands-on enterprise network support and maintain network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.
  • Configure and maintain routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Administer network devices from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto.
  • Read, update, and maintain network topology diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve connectivity and security issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise network support.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Hands-on experience with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols.
  • Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto hardware.
  • Experience managing firewall rules, NAT, and ACLs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
  • Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Ability to manage and document network topologies.
