Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support * Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. * Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks. * Perform software upgrades, patching, and configuration backups. * Support 24x7 operations and critical incident resolution. Network Administration * Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers. * Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, ACLs, VRFs, and routing protocols. * Implement network changes and maintain network documentation. Troubleshooting & Incident Management * Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues. * Resolve incidents within SLA targets. * Perform root cause analysis and prepare technical reports. * Escalate complex issues when required. * Support network expansion, migration, and transformation projects. * Implement routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and load-balancer solutions. * Participate in network capacity planning and performance optimization
