Description

Resolve Layer 2 network issues and manage support tickets within established service level agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot L2 network-related issues and diagnose network alerts or events.
• Manage and close network tickets within agreed SLA timelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure service compliance.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support.
• Coordinate with vendors to follow up on pending service calls.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in network support.
• Working knowledge of Cisco networking products, specifically routers and switches.
• Practical experience troubleshooting L2 network issues.
• Solid understanding of switching and routing protocols.
• Ability to use network configuration and debugging techniques.
• Experience diagnosing network alerts and events.
