Description

You will provide onsite network and server support at a client office in Sri Racha, Thailand.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
• Configure network devices according to group IT standards.
• Manage network security tasks including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention.
• Install, configure, and patch Windows Server environments and manage Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.x servers, including VM setup, hardening, and security updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in network or systems support.
• Proficiency in Windows Server installation, configuration, and patch management.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.x environments.
• Ability to perform Linux VM setup, hardening, and performance optimization.
• Practical knowledge of networking troubleshooting tools like ping, traceroute, and nslookup.
• Fluency in both English and Thai.
• Any Graduate degree.
