Description

Support and maintain TrakSYS MES systems, resolving technical issues across C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server while managing IIS and Windows Server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain TrakSYS MES, prioritizing version 12 capabilities and core architecture.
• Develop and troubleshoot solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Manage IIS and Windows Server administration with basic network infrastructure knowledge.
• Analyze and resolve system issues using strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or development.
• Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES architecture and configurations.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures.
• Experience with IIS and Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of network basics.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
