Description

You will troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure across multi-site retail and hospitality locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues across restaurant locations.
• Support Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Investigate VLAN, routing, DHCP, DNS, and wireless issues.
• Perform network diagnostics and configuration validation.
• Assist with store deployments and zero-touch provisioning issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of network support or infrastructure support experience.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking.
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
