Description

You will provide technical leadership and hands-on support for network infrastructure, AV/IT systems, and remote office connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure including remote office LAN/WAN and cloud connectivity to AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Lead technical planning and implementation for field office projects, including new openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Coordinate with IT security, systems engineers, and MSP staff to implement and upgrade network systems.
• Draft technical and business specifications for network equipment based on security and industry standards.
• Automate regular network tasks using Meraki APIs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in corporate IT operations, covering network design, implementation, and support.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki SD-WAN platforms.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN operations, routing, topology, and network protocols including TCP/IP and VPN.
• Experience managing routers, gateways, switches, firewalls, Ethernet standards, MPLS, VXLAN, and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with Meraki APIs using Python or other programming languages for automation.
• Technical expertise with Cisco Meraki routers, switches, WAPs, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Polycom video conferencing and Microsoft Teams rooms systems.
• Familiarity with ThousandEyes, Meraki Cameras, and Sensors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Network Security, access control systems, CCTV, and PABX systems.
• Knowledge of APC UPS technologies, client printers, and Windows OS.
