Description

This role involves configuring and supporting IP and cloud telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install telephone systems (IP/Cloud).
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via email and phone.
• Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot network issues.
• Assist the IT team with operational projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and improve internal processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of IP phone configuration (Yealink, Cisco, Polycom).
• Experience with cloud/on-premise IP telephony (Asterisk, FreeSwitch, 3CX).
• Solid networking knowledge: DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, WiFi, QoS.
• Experience with routers (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco) and firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall).
• Windows and Linux server knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in French and/or English.
