Description

You will serve as a key member of the Design and Planning Team for IT network infrastructure projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and pain points to conduct root cause analysis for system gaps.
• Diagram current processes and proposed modifications using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating concise user stories and technical design specifications.
• Maintain the product backlog and assist the Product Owner in organizing themes and dependencies.
• Define test objectives, plans, and execute regression and User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Direct experience working on networking projects.
• Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Proven ability to translate client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
• Proficiency in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.
• Experience working with large, multi-module systems and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Visio and Project Server.

Preferred Skills

• Agile, Scrum, CSPO, or CBAP certifications.
