Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver complex networking and systems analysis artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and perform root cause analysis to identify system gaps or deficiencies.
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, decomposing them into Epics and Features.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using flowcharts, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Manage the product backlog and maintain requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Execute quality analyst functions, including defining test plans, executing test cases, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Direct experience working on networking projects.
• Experience managing and organizing Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Proficiency in translating product strategy into application requirements and user stories.
• Experience with large, multi-module systems and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Access, and Project Server.
• Strong skills in SDLC, Agile, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendors, consultants, and diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or CSPO certification.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete.
