You will own the analysis and documentation required to bridge business needs with technical system solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps requiring business, technical, or blended resolution.
• Discover and document requirements and user stories focused on improving business and technical processing.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating clear user stories for technical staff.
• Define test objectives, plans, and cases, and execute regression testing as a Quality Analyst.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum methodology understanding.
• Experience with networking projects.
• Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
• Proficiency in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development.
• Experience with large, multi-module systems.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Preferred Skills

• CBAP and/or CSPO Certification.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
