Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support enterprise messaging platforms with a primary focus on IBM MQ
• Provide operational and technical support for Kafka, IIB, and TIBCO environments
• Design, build, and maintain messaging infrastructure across distributed systems
• Ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-platform (Linux & Windows) environments
• Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations
• Monitor and tune messaging platforms for optimal performance
• Collaborate with production support teams to resolve incidents and improve system health

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in messaging middleware environments
• Strong expertise with IBM MQ (required)
• Experience with:
  • IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
  • Confluent Kafka
  • TIBCO Rendezvous (RV)
  • TIBCO EMS
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in distributed systems
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting production systems with 24x7 on-call responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and middleware tools:
  • meshIQ Navigator
  • Atrium Orchestrator
  • Dynatrace
  • Splunk
  • JIRA
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Shell scripting)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Monitoring strategies
  • Operational metrics
  • Performance tuning
