Support telephony platform upgrades and related projects on-site in Charlotte, NC
Develop program schedules, timelines, and communication materials for senior leadership
Create engineering documentation for fast-moving programs, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), cost estimates, and equipment placement requests
Provide local software and hardware support for complex integrated configurations such as Session Border Controllers, Security Services, E911, SIP, and Session Management
Assist in testing, scripting, and designing low-level configurations for telephony and security systems
What's Needed?
10+ years of telecommunications experience with a focus on carrier-level technologies
Deep knowledge of session border controllers, SIP Trunking, and related protocols (RTP/RTCP, ISDN, H.323, MGCP, codecs)
Experience with QoS configurations, bandwidth analysis, and troubleshooting complex network environments
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, switches, and routers
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, and program update reporting
