Description

You will manage system monitoring, identity access, and infrastructure performance in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents to restore services quickly.
• Manage identity and authentication systems while ensuring cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to resolve technical problems.
• Provide on-call coverage and work on-site three days per week.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production support experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Linux and Splunk queries.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including MFA technologies.
• Experience with Windows OS and SQL/Oracle databases.
• Proficiency with OpenShift, containers, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Ability to use ITSM tools such as Remedy and Jira.
• Knowledge of DynaTrace and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to comply with banking regulatory and compliance policies.
