Description

Provide Tier II customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers at the Woodlawn, VA facility. Own the configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software support for Cisco routers and switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, and Juniper routers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain In-Line Encryption (INE) devices and network security appliances.
• Coordinate and execute multiple tasks simultaneously within high-pressure environments.
• Support military exercises and operations, including travel to austere or field conditions.
• Provide software support for specified network hardware components.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 5-7 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks.
• IAT-2 certification (GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP).
• Cisco Security OS certification (CCNA or CCENT).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Dell, and Sun hardware.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts as required by mission needs.
• Capability to travel domestically and overseas, including maintaining a current passport.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
