Description

Provide Tier II customer service and network engineering support for US ARMY INSCOM customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot network hardware and software including Cisco routers, switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, and Juniper routers.
• Maintain In-Line Encryption (INE) devices and network security appliances.
• Provide software support for specified network hardware components.
• Coordinate and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
• Support military exercises and operations, including travel to austere or field conditions.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 5-7 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks.
• IAT-2 certification (GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP).
• Cisco Security OS certification (CCNA or CCENT).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Dell, and Sun hardware.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts as required by mission needs.
• Capability to travel domestically and overseas, including maintaining a current passport.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
