Description

You will manage and maintain core network and systems infrastructure, ensuring performance integrity and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop installation and configuration protocols.
• Implement cloud-based IT Service Management and generate compliance reports.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or a related occupation.
• Proficiency with SCCM infrastructure.
• Experience with Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on use of ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks.
• Knowledge of AutoSys.
• Experience with Citrix.
• Competency in VMWare vSphere.

Preferred Skills

• Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
