Description

You will manage and maintain core network and systems infrastructure in Addison, TX. You will own the SCCM infrastructure, cloud environments, and IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
• Develop installation protocols and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement cloud-based IT Service Management and generate compliance reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues.
• Monitor system performance and integrity to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• Experience with SCCM infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
• Management of Citrix and VMware vSphere environments.
• Use of AutoSys for workload automation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and performance monitoring.
• Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
