Description

You will manage network connectivity, server administration, and technical support for on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage network connectivity, hardware configuration, and protocols.
• Perform server administration including backups, health checks, storage monitoring, and patching.
• Maintain account management and access control while ensuring security compliance.
• Develop automated solutions using VBScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Oversee hardware, software, and IoT/mobile device management including BYOD policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and system architecture.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and IoT/mobile device management.
• Ability to automate tasks using VBScript, PowerApps, or Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity monitoring, risk assessment, and security protocols.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT project management practices and methodologies.
