Description

You will provide technical pre-sales support to customers and prospects in the Philippines as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to conduct white board architectural reviews and product presentations for Data Center, Campus, and Wifi networking solutions.
• Architect and design network solutions using leaf-spine architectures, VXLAN, EVPN, and network overlays.
• Execute hands-on proof-of-concept tests to validate customer setups and network deployments.
• Respond to RFP/RFQ requests and provide technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Author technical white papers and represent the company at SDN and Open Networking industry events.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, eBGP, and TCP/IP.
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, VXLAN, Multicast, Spanning Tree, and QoS.
• Proven experience with leaf-spine architecture design.
• Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard CLI.
• Technical degree in BS/CS/CE or equivalent.
• Understanding of the competitor landscape, specifically Cisco and Juniper.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SDN, Network Function Virtualisation (NFV), Python, and Ansible.
• Network Industry Certifications such as CCIE (R&S) or JNCIE.
• Background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Network Consulting Engineer.
