Description

You will own the operation, implementation, and management of secure enterprise networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Software Defined WAN, Hierarchical Enterprise LAN, low-latency data center networks, and 802.11 Enterprise Wireless environments.
• Implement network security controls including Network Access Control, IPsec Tunnels, Client VPN solutions, and Next Generation Firewalls.
• Establish ITSM governance, procedures, and policies; define and track SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Manage system availability, performance, and capacity for core network infrastructure using modern monitoring frameworks and dashboards.
• Maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans while ensuring compliance with risk management and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, hardware, operating systems, and cloud networking.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM techniques, policies, and process planning.
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts and risk mitigation tactics.
• Proven ability to document project plans, procedures, and policies with excellent writing skills.
• Experience establishing proactive operations, standardization efforts, and automation toolsets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and external groups.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification(s).
• PCNSA or PCNSE certifications.
• Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
