Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for network engineering projects and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced network solutions, including SD-WAN and EVPN-VXLAN environments using Cisco and Arista platforms.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies.
• Architect and manage wireless infrastructure, focusing on MISP-based solutions for high availability.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible and Terraform, leveraging APIs for scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and create comprehensive documentation for network designs and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and enterprise LAN/SD-WAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with EVPN-VXLAN deployments for data center networking.
• Expertise configuring and optimizing Cisco and Arista platforms.
• Advanced skills in network automation using Ansible, Python, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience designing and managing wireless networks, specifically MISP solutions.
• Experience with cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
