Description

Lead network operations and design initiatives, managing complex routing and switching environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers across Cisco, Juniper, F5, and Arista platforms.
• Respond to high-priority incidents, troubleshoot with cross-functional engineering teams, and debug protocol issues.
• Gather forensic data for security-based incidents and identify patterns to drive long-term problem resolution.
• Create post-mortem documentation and manage deployments involving routing protocols and IPSEC VPNs.
• Lead technical teams and resolve complex network challenges independently.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in networking technologies.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, packet sniffers, L2 switching, and L3 traffic forwarding.
• Hands-on experience with BGP and OSPF.
• Practical knowledge of MPLS, L3 VPNs, VRFs, STP, HSRP, CDP, and UDLD.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, F5, and Arista hardware.
• Experience with IPSEC VPNs and Azure networking concepts.
• Working knowledge of TFS and VSO.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a lead or design-focused networking role.
