Description

You will manage network architecture, security policies, and technical operations while acting as a bridge between IT management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain network, switching, wireless, and security architecture documentation, including IP lists, circuit lists, and spare device inventories.
• Evaluate architectural decisions, technology choices, and standard settings to assist IT management with escalations and operational issues.
• Participate in CAB meetings to review and approve change requests and manage ITSM PPM ticket workflows.
• Produce compliance documentation including operations manuals, inventory lists, and network diagrams.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers for connection reviews, contract processes, and network environment upgrades or terminations.
• Oversee network gear, license, and certificate procurement and coordinate cabling work at data centers.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• 5+ years of experience in network technical management or similar roles.
• Experience with network architecture, switching, wireless, and security design.
• Proficiency in managing network tower environments and third-party carrier connections.
• Ability to manage ITSM PPM ticket creation and approval processes.
• Experience participating in CAB meetings and managing change requests.
• Technical project management skills.
• Knowledge of network operations, maintenance activities, and documentation standards.
• Ability to support Video Conferencing System operations at data center sites.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL or Project Management certifications.
