Description

You will maintain and repair network and infrastructure elements to ensure stable connectivity and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and application elements to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Configure network and system resources while maintaining accurate system records and documentation.
• Perform periodic maintenance, routine equipment inspections, and pre-configured port activations on network switches.
• Provide Tier II support and assist with the implementation of network automation tools.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Splunk, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Catalyst.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting and Ansible.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration and F5 (Load Balancer, AFM, GTM).
• Skills in Cisco wireless troubleshooting and Cisco Meraki configuration.
• Competency in DNS configuration and IP network troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform Linux server batch scripting.
• Technical writing experience for operational documentation and knowledge bases.

• Leadership, self-management, and strong customer service skills.
• Web programming experience.
