Description

You will manage network, server, and application monitoring while resolving incidents and service requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and application elements to identify and resolve incidents.
• Configure network and system resources and maintain accurate system records and documentation.
• Perform periodic maintenance, equipment inspections, and pre-configured port activations on network switches.
• Provide Tier II support and participate in cross-training to meet SME agreements.
• Prepare and review operational documentation for training and knowledge base use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IP Network Troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of DNS configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring tools including Splunk and SolarWinds.
• 2+ years of experience using ServiceNow ITSM Tool.
• 2+ years of experience with Server Batch Scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco Network Tools (Client, Catalyst).
• 2+ years of technical writing experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
