Description

Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure using Cisco devices and standard routing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco networking hardware and software.
• Configure and maintain HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM concepts to manage service requests and incidents.
• Utilize Remedy, Netcool, and ServiceNow for ticket management and monitoring.
• Support Office 365 environments and general computer hardware interconnections.

Required Skills

• Network+ Certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with an AA/AS degree or 2 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting Cisco devices.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Proficiency in Remedy, Netcool, Office 365, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA Certification.
