Description

Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure using Cisco devices, applying ITIL/ITSM practices to resolve incidents and service requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco networking hardware and software.
• Configure and maintain HSRP and BGP routing protocols.
• Utilize Remedy, Netcool, and ServiceNow for ticket management and monitoring.
• Support Office 365 environments and general computer hardware interconnections.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting Cisco devices.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Proficiency in Remedy, Netcool, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Office 365 environments.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience with an AA/AS degree or 2 years with HS Diploma/GED.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA Certification.
