Description

Support network infrastructure, server hardware, and lab systems in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wired, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and cable network equipment, servers, and storage hardware.
• Support Windows workstations, virtual machines, OS installations, and patching.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, hardware refreshes, and rack-and-stack activities.
• Document work in ServiceNow and coordinate with vendors for cabling installations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, and wireless networking.
• Experience with structured cabling, including fiber and copper installations.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and endpoint support.
• Ability to troubleshoot network printers and AV equipment.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
• Willingness to wear PPE and travel between facilities.
