Execute server tray swaps, component replacements, and other hardware maintenance activities by following established operational procedures and change management processes.
Respond promptly to hardware incidents, service requests, and operational alerts, performing onsite troubleshooting and root cause identification while consistently meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, hardware lifecycle events, asset inventory, and configuration changes using ticketing and asset management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hardware deployments, infrastructure upgrades, decommissions, and preventive maintenance activities.
Perform routine health checks and inspections to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of data center infrastructure.
Adhere to data center security, safety, and compliance policies while following standard operating procedures and best practices.
Support inventory management by tracking hardware assets, spare parts, and equipment movements to ensure accurate records and operational readiness.
Participate in on-call rotations or scheduled maintenance windows as required to support business-critical infrastructure
