Description

You will install, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install and implement LAN and wireless infrastructure including switches, cabling, and access points.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex network issues and implement root-cause prevention strategies.
• Monitor network performance, document incident resolution paths, and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Assist in hardware design, configuration, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LAN, WAN, APs, SD-WAN, Azure, and VoIP technologies.
• 5+ years of complex knowledge of data network design and equipment configurations.
• 5+ years of experience installing LAN and wireless infrastructure.
• 5+ years of knowledge in office automation systems, fiber optics, and microcomputer hardware/software.
• Experience with cable management, patch panels, and troubleshooting telecom/network closets.
• Ability to perform physical audits and cleanup of network closets to industry standards.
• Experience updating and maintaining CAD/PDF “as-built” network diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of understanding of advanced network configuration and protocols.
• 5+ years of experience with wireless infrastructure and cloud-networking (SD-WAN, Azure).
