Description

You will manage and support enterprise network and telephone infrastructure, including unified computing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations of wired and wireless networks, access layers, and telephone services.
• Install, configure, and monitor network infrastructure, switching, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, VPN, and telephone issues.
• Maintain and document enterprise network devices and systems.
• Administer voice services, including voicemail, conference bridges, and 911 location systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Hardware installation and administration for Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba.
• Aruba system administration including Airwave and Clearpass.
• Cisco Prime proficiency.
• Proficiency with all network protocols.
• Load balancing and firewall administration.
• IPAM, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing administration.
• Associate degree in IT or equivalent graduate degree.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Voice administration experience.
