Description

You will provide technical network support, manage infrastructure, and maintain network equipment across all supported sites.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement new network equipment including routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, and VoIP technologies.
• Manage network operations, including switching, VLANs, ACLs, and management access protocols.
• Recommend and obtain approval for network and security design changes across all supported sites.
• Troubleshoot network issues efficiently using the OSI Model and logical analytical methodologies.
• Document and manage technical requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network communications.
• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN technologies and network infrastructure components.
• Proficiency with network management tools and protocols, including SNMP and CLI.
• Experience with network monitoring platforms.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to users and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
