Description

You will provide technical network communications support and contribute to the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network equipment including routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, and VoIP technologies.
• Recommend and obtain approval for network and security design changes affecting all supported sites.
• Troubleshoot network issues logically using the OSI model and analytical methodologies.
• Manage network operations including switching, VLANs, ACLs, and management access.
• Communicate technical information effectively to users and colleagues in writing and verbally.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network communications support.
• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN, and WAN.
• Proficiency with CLI and SNMP protocols.
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Ability to use network monitoring platforms and management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
