Description

You will maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and support the implementation of security and design changes across all sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, and VoIP technologies.
• Troubleshoot network issues using the OSI model and analytical methodologies.
• Manage network operations including switching, VLANs, ACLs, and management access.
• Recommend and obtain approval for network and security design changes.
• Communicate technical information effectively to users and colleagues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network communications support.
• Strong understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN technologies.
• Proficiency with CLI and SNMP protocols.
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Ability to use network monitoring platforms and management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
